Context
The case of missing brand identity

It starts with my team's mission, which is To identify and explore opportunities to incubate meaningful applications of AI/ML technologies, generating assets and learnings that can aid or accelerate innovation across T&D.

To accommodate our need to host all the assets generated through our experimentations, we needed a space where our team members (data scientists, product managers, data engineers, etc.) can easily collaborate and publish the content. This place should also be easily accessible by users throughout the organization who are interested in learning about our work around machine learning.

Building Hypothesis
Establishing hypothesis to test our assumptions

Based on pain points observed during our interaction with team members, a couple of Product Managers and I collaborated for a quick brainstorming session to decide on the hypothesis to test as our next step.

Deciding our approach
Choosing the right platform to host contnet

Once we had the hypothesis ready, it was time for us to decide on the platform to host our content. We weighed down the pros and cons for both the available options to determine our final selection.

Iterations
Iterating content structure on Confluence

Building a strong brand presence is a long game. Instead of solving everything, I decided to take baby steps and make a basic landing page on confluence that describes our mission, goals, work, and way of reaching out to us for collaboration.
